The methods in the website have been developed by Strength Coaches that have trained athletes from the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, and many Olympic and World Champions. The methods have been applied to thousands of youth athletes from various levels with great success.

We also offer a number of other tools and information to help you profit from the best possible training experience. We offer drill sheets that provide you with specific instructions for completing agility drills, strength drills, etc. XL Athlete also offers numerous Coaching Tools that will allow you to calculate important information, such as height to weight ratio, and numerous other things. Another group of people that can benefit from this technology is coaches. Coaches can set up and maintain a single account, and store the maxes for all of their athletes. This enables coaches to be able to print out workout sheets specific to their athletes and their skill levels automatically.
