- SIGN UP - Fill out the required fields on this page to get your free account.
- Once you have received your confirmation email, login in using your user name and password.
- Click on PERSONAL MAXES - For Level 1 workouts - no need to fill out any maxes. Level 2 - 5 - only fill in maxes for Back Squat, Bench Press, Front Squat. Level 5 - fill in all the maxes if possible. If you leave any blank, a zero will appear on your workout sheet, and you will have to choose the appropriate weight for the exercise yourself. Click UPDATE
- Click on WORKOUT SHEETS and select your workout and download. If you don't know how to do the exercise, click on the name of the exercise and watch the video.
- The entire MONTH'S WORKOUTS will be on 1 sheet of paper (it doesn't matter if it's 2x a week, 3x a week or 4x a week)
