Coaching Points

1. Starting with the bells on either side of your feet lead with your tailbone as if you are going to sit in a chair

2.Force will be applied through the ground with the emphasis being placed on the heel and the ball of the big toe

3. A slight curvature of the spine (lordosis) will be maintained as you are lowering your COG

4. Imagine pulling the ground apart with your feet and keeping your torso rigid throughout the entire movement

5. As you extend your hips, pull the bell towards your chin with your elbows pointed out high away from your body
