-Coaching Point

-Rack bar mid-chest height

-Bar rests on anterior deltoids

-Focus weight on the heels

-Stance: Shoulder width or slightly wider

-Toes pointed slightly outward

-Big chest/tight back

-Knees track in-line with the toes

-Pull down and drop fast into the bottom of the squat

-initiate the movement out of the bottom with upward lift of the elbows to keep back tight

-Explode out of the bottom the second the athlete gets there
