-Coaching Points for Isometric Bench Press

-Big chest/back tight

-Grasp bar with a shoulder width or slightly wider grip

-Fully grasp the bar, false grip can be dangerous

-Pull the bar down and stop it just off your sternum

-Hold for the duration of isometric count

-After the eccentric count is up explode up to the top

-Elbow stays directly underneath the bar and close to the body

-Butt stays on the bench
