Bench Press 2OC Advantages
-Coaching Points
-Big chest/back tight
-Grasp bar with a shoulder width or slightly wider grip
-Fully grasp the bar, false grip can be dangerous
-Lower the bar just off your sternum
-Oscillate two to three inches as fast as possible
-When oscillating, do not bounce the bar off your chest
-After the oscillating count is up explode up to the top
-Elbow stays directly underneath the bar and close to the body
-Butt stays on the bench
