Glute ABD Man ECC Bench
- Lie on your side on the bench with your upper body supported by your arm, and your legs hanging off the edge.
- Position your body so that your hips are at the edge of the bench.
- Place one leg on the bench, bring opposite leg up towards partner.
- Have a spotter or trainer press down on the side of your hip.
- Use your hand to resist the descent of the leg.
- Lift the top leg upward, engaging the glutes.
- Lower the leg slowly and with control during the eccentric phase.
