Groin ADD Man ECC Bench

Coaching Points

  • Lie sideways, propping yourself up with one arm on the ground.
  • Rest one of your knees on the edge of the bench.
  • Allow the other leg to rest on the ground, while the other leg is on top of the bench. 
  • Have a spotter or trainer press down on the side of your hip.
  • Use your arm to resist the descent of the leg, providing resistance against the hip flexors.
  • Lower the hanging leg slowly and with control.
