-Coaching Points for JM Dumbbell Press

-Big chest/back tight

-Grab the dumbbells with a neutral grip

-Butt stays on the bench with feet flat on the floor

-Elbow stay tucked in throughout the duration of the exercise

-In the eccentric phase of the exercise gradually tilt the head of the dumbbell till the head of the dumbbell touches your shoulder

-In the concentric phase of the exercise gradually tilt the head of the dumbbell away from your shoulder on the way back up
