Key Coaching Points for Kettlebell Full Body Attack

1. Start in a pushup position with your hands on the bells, jump up allowing your feet to be slightly in front of the bells.

2. Forcefully extend your hips as you pull both bells from between your feet.

3. Once the bells pass between your legs, drop your hips and the elbows, while uppercut punching through the eyeholes of the bells attempting to catch the bells in the rack position(think wrapping your hand around the bell) .
