Key Coaching Points for Kettlebell Renegade Row
1. Starting in the up position of a pushup, apply pressure to the contralateral hand that you are going to row the bell.
2. Once you have applied pressure, pull the kettlebell towards your ribcage keeping your elbow tight to your side as you pull.
3. Eyes are down and try not to lean too much to the side you are stabilizing on.
4. Return the bell to the ground and begin the movement of the other side.
