Kettlebell Rotational Snatch

1. Starting with the bell just outside either foot, reach down and grab the bell with the contralateral hand to the foot the bell is sitting next to.

2. The athlete’s hips are back, while maintaining a flat back

3. The athlete will forcefully rotate their body as if swinging a bat, stick, or throwing an uppercut punch

4. As the bell is wrapping around the athletes hand, they will attempt to catch the bell in an overhead position with their hips and head pointed toward the side they are snatching

5. The back foot will rotate as the athlete snatches the bell overhead
