- Select a wide grip on the lat pulldown machine.
- Adjust the seat height for stability.
- Sit upright with chest up
- Pull the bar down to eye level with assistance from a spotter
- Slowly allow the bar to raise while engaging your back muscles.
- Keep it smooth and controlled, avoiding jerking.
