Coaching Points

  • Adjust Keiser machine resistance appropriately.
  • Use ipsilateral stance with one arm on the same side of the body as forward leg.
  • Hold the Keiser handle with one hand in front with a slight bend in the elbow
  • Begin the movement by retracting the shoulder blade on the working side.
  • Focus on a controlled eccentric phase during the lowering motion
