- Adjust Keiser machine resistance appropriately.
- Use ipsilateral stance with one arm on the same side of the body as forward leg.
- Hold the Keiser handle with one hand in front with a slight bend in the elbow
- Begin the movement by retracting the shoulder blade on the working side.
- Focus on a controlled eccentric phase during the lowering motion
