Hip Flexor Isometric Prone

-Coaching Point for Isometric Hip Flex Prone

-One leg on bench and forearms on the ground in a plank position

-Head in neutral position

-Pull down and drop hips into the bottom just off the ground

-Hips should get as close to the ground as possible without touching the ground

-Isometric count starts when athlete is in the bottom position

-When isometric count is up explode up to the top
