Incline Dumbbell Press Isometric Hold With Resistance
-Coaching Points for Isometric Incline Dumbbell Press
– Big chest/back tight
– Hold dumbbell with a shoulder width grip or slightly wider at the bottom
-At the top dumbbells come close together
-Drive back into the bench
-Elbows stay directly underneath the dumbbells and close to the body
-Do not wing out your elbows
-Butt stays on the bench
-To begin start with the dumbbells at the top
-Pull the dumbbells down to the bottom as fast as possible and stop them just off the chest
-The isometric count starts when the dumbbells are stopped and the athlete is holding the dumbbells at the bottom
-When the Isometric count is up explode back to the top as fast as possible
