EZ Bar Curl
-Coaching Points for EZ Bar Curl
-Grasp the bar with a supinated grip
-Big chest/tight back
-Stance should be shoulder width apart or slightly wider
-Try not to swing when performing the exercise
-Maintain neutral head position
-Start with bar at your thighs and concentrically contract your biceps till the bar is about shoulder height
-Eccentrically lower the bar back to your thighs
