-Coaching Points for Delt Bent Over Lateral Reactive Drop

-Stance should be shoulder width or slightly wider

-Knees should be bent and not locked out

-Flat Back/big chest/tight back

-Head stays in neutral position

-Hold the dumbbell out to the side of the body

– Completely let go of the dumbbell and open your hand all the way

-After your hand is completely open grab the dumbbell and rip it up as fast as possible

-Go into the next repetition as fast as possible
