Bench Abduction

-Coaching Points for Bench Abduction

-Knees are on the bench

-Hips stay forward in-line with the rest of the body

-Forearm is placed on the ground and body stays in a side plank position

-Leg that is not on the bench separates from the other

-Raise hips vertically to the top

-Lower hips to the bottom while keeping body in a straight line
