Bench Adduction
-Coaching Points for Bench Adduction
-One knee is placed on the bench
-The other knee is hovering off the ground
-Hips stay forward in-line with the rest of the body
-Forearm is placed on the ground and body stays in a side plank position
-Hips raise vertically from the adduct contraction of the groin
-Hips lower while keeping the body in-line and leg off the floor
