Lymphatic Bouncing Open Chain with Bands and Pads for Recovery Protocol

Follow these steps to complete the protocol:

  1. Begin by standing on blue pad with neutral spacing of the feet
  2. Hook medium tension bands around upper arm that are connected to triphasic arms above
  3. Ankles and legs remain parallel approximately six inches apart from left to right metatarsal
    • Keep a gentle bend in the knees
    • Always tracking forward without valgus
  4. Using glute bracing first
  5. Be sure to maintain a neutral pelvis
    • Lift from the pelvis floor, actively pulling the navel in a posterior fashion towards the spine
  6. Maintain a loose and relaxed scapula
  7. Relax shoulders and loosely holds band wrapped around upper arm
  8. Keep feet gently placed on the blue pad allowing the bands to do the work
  9. Choose the appropriate tension for your bodyweight
  10. Very soft, clean rhythmic health bounce
    • This will encourage an awakening of the lymphatic system and allow an increase in global fluid movement
