Lymphatic Bouncing Open Chain with Bands and Pads for Recovery Protocol
Follow these steps to complete the protocol:
- Begin by standing on blue pad with neutral spacing of the feet
- Hook medium tension bands around upper arm that are connected to triphasic arms above
- Ankles and legs remain parallel approximately six inches apart from left to right metatarsal
- Keep a gentle bend in the knees
- Always tracking forward without valgus
- Using glute bracing first
- Be sure to maintain a neutral pelvis
- Lift from the pelvis floor, actively pulling the navel in a posterior fashion towards the spine
- Maintain a loose and relaxed scapula
- Relax shoulders and loosely holds band wrapped around upper arm
- Keep feet gently placed on the blue pad allowing the bands to do the work
- Choose the appropriate tension for your bodyweight
- Very soft, clean rhythmic health bounce
- This will encourage an awakening of the lymphatic system and allow an increase in global fluid movement
