Coaching Points:

  • Grip the bar firmly with both hands, palms facing down.
  • Ensure a comfortable and controlled grip.
  • Stagger your legs, switching the front leg for each set.
  • Lower the bar quickly towards your chest in a pulling motion.
  • Press the bar up with intent, using your big toe and hips for power and speed.
  • Maintain control and proper form throughout the exercise, even as you aim for speed.
