1.Really focus on flaring your knee forward and then through the full range of motion, try not to twist your hips when performing the knee flare
2.Do not rotate your hips during the movement pattern.
3. Once you reach the lunch position, make sure you reach a deep position.
4. Interlock your hands and push them towards the ceiling.
