Coaching Points 

  • Use a supinated grip with palms facing upward to work different upper body muscles.
  • Pull up and push down with force against the resistance to generate power and strength.
  • Maintain a range of motion of at least 90 degrees at the elbow joint or lower to effectively engage the targeted muscles.
