- This exercise incorporates 3 Way Foot Position Integration for Athletes Posterior Chain Series
- Side plank setup: Lie on your side, bottom elbow under shoulder, legs extended. Elevate one leg on a surface, aligning head to heels.
- Drive leg into bench: Engage adductors by pressing elevated leg into the bench. Squeeze inner thighs for stability.
- Quick drop: Rapidly drop elevated leg while maintaining control.
- Maintain alignment: Keep shoulders, hips, and knee aligned. Engage core.
- Small range of motion: Perform with 2-3 inch motion for rapid adductor activation.
