Hurdle Hop AFSM

-Coaching Points for AFSM Hurdle Hop

-Jump as high as you can over the hurdle

-Athlete should swing their arms forward fast while jumping over the hurdle to propel themselves higher

-While in the air pull your knees up

-When landing keep your knees up so the athlete can apply explosive force into the ground

-The athlete should pull themselves into the jump position as going to land

-Landing in as you pull yourself into position at the exact same time.

-Arms recock back so the athlete can use their arms to burst out into the next hurdle
