Coaching Points

  • Load: Use 72.5% to 77.5% 1RM or aim for 0.65 m/s bar speed.
  • Grip Bar: Hold firmly, palms down (pronated grip).
  • Legs Staggered: Staggered stance, alternate legs each set.
  • Lower Bar Quickly: Controlled descent.
  • Press with Intent: Generate power, drive up using big toe and hips.
