- Keep the non-working foot firmly planted on the ground for balance and stability.
- Position the leg between the resistance bands at a 90-degree angle.
- Move the leg at the knee joint while keeping the knee stable.
- Control the movement of the shin and ankle side to side without any inward or outward deviations of the knee joint.
