Coaching Points 

  • Take a split stance with one foot forward and the other back, and lower into a ¼ squat.
  • Explode upward by forcefully pushing off the ground with both feet simultaneously within a 6-inch range.
  • Move quickly and explosively, avoiding pauses or hesitation in the upward and downward phases.
