- Position yourself on a reverse hyperextension machine with hips aligned at the pad edge.
- Start with one leg on the platform and the other hanging off the side.
- During the manual eccentric phase, a partner controls the negative movement with hands.
- Descend slowly for maximum muscle engagement and injury prevention.
- Hold on to the handle of the reverse hyper with the opposite hand only
