Coaching Points:
- Harness and Equipment: Attach and adjust securely. Use appropriate resistance level for athlete’s level and goals.
- Explosive Start: Explode off the line when sprint begins. Drive arms back forcefully, knees up, and focus on maximum power from start to 10 yards.
- Forward Lean: Maintain slight forward lean throughout the sprint, avoiding excessive lean that can affect balance and speed
