- Attach securely fastened resistance chains for added resistance during the sprint.
- Start in an athletic stance with feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent, and torso slightly forward.

- Maintain a strong and efficient stride, driving knees up and forward, and pushing off explosively with each step.
- Keep a slight forward lean to maintain momentum, but avoid excessive leaning for balance.
