Coaching Points:
- Attach resistance band around the shoulder of the foot opposite the working side.
- Secure the band to the foot for resistance.
- Hold hand pegs with underhand grip on the same side as the working foot.
- Place other hand on top for stability and control.
- Position working foot at the end of the platform.
- Lift heel off the platform while keeping ball of foot in contact.
- Push through big toe of working foot to activate muscles.
- Maintain a 45-degree angle for proper muscle engagement and alignment.
