Yuri Band Pull 

Gen 4 Programs with the Yuri in them for maximum speed and coordination 

Coaching Points 

  • Place the hand on the swinging leg side with the palm down.
  • Position the hand on the fixed leg side with the palm up.
  • Extend the swinging leg by driving through the big toe.
  • Engage the hip flexors and push the hips forward to achieve a full range of motion.
  • Simultaneously drive the knee of the opposite leg forward with the swinging leg extension.
