Yuri Band Pull
Coaching Points
- Place the hand on the swinging leg side with the palm down.
- Position the hand on the fixed leg side with the palm up.
- Extend the swinging leg by driving through the big toe.
- Engage the hip flexors and push the hips forward to achieve a full range of motion.
- Simultaneously drive the knee of the opposite leg forward with the swinging leg extension.
