Coaching Cues

  • Stagger the feet for stability and better power transfer.
  • Initiate the throw from the hips, rotating the back hip forward.
  • Transfer power smoothly from the lower body to the upper body in a sequential manner.
  • Use a strong and dynamic arm motion, leading with the elbow and following through with a full extension.
