Dynamic Warm Up
The purpose of a dynamic warm up is to get your body moving in ways comparable with the demands of your specific sport. While your body gets moving, the temperature inside your body and muscles rises and the heart starts to pump more blood throughout the body. The further you progress in the dynamic warm up, the more functional your body becomes and the easier it is to get the major muscle groups “loose” and ready for an intense workout.
Dynamic jogging is used first to increase blood flow. This is followed by dynamic walking movements, then finally dynamic warm up movements.
