Bench Press Reactive

-Coaching Points for Bench Press Reactive

-Big chest/back tight

-Grasp bar with a shoulder width or slightly wider grip

-Fully grasp the bar, false grip can be dangerous

-Pull the bar down and stop it just off your sternum

-Elbow stays directly underneath the bar and close to the body

-Butt stays on the bench

-Pull down as fast as possible, stop it before it hits the chest, and explosively reverse the bar back to the start position
