Bench Press Toss Reactive
-Coaching Points for Reactive Bench Toss
-Big chest/back tight
-Grasp bar with a shoulder width or slightly wider grip
-Fully grasp the bar, false grip can be dangerous
-Pull the bar down and stop it just off your sternum
-Elbow stays directly underneath the bar and close to the body
-Butt stays on the bench
Spotter needs to have both hands on the bar at all times
-Spotter should have a supinated grip with one hand and pronated grip with the other on the bar (over/under)
-Pull down as fast as possible, stop it before it hits the chest, and explosively toss the bar into the air
