Reflexive Perfomance Reset (RPR) Recovery Protocol

Prior to beginning method complete:

  1. Perform your prescribed individualized Vestibular Activation Reset (VAR)

 

Follow these steps to complete the RPR Recovery protocol OR POST WORKOUT:

  1. Zone 1 (Breathing, Psoas, Glutes) 
  2. Quad 
  3. Lat
  4. Shoulder 
  5. Lateral Sling
  6. Anti-Rotation (Along with a partner) 

 

Suggested frequency of recovery method:

  1. Once daily

 

After completing protocol; here are some complementary methods:
