Prior to beginning method complete:
Follow these steps to complete the RPR Recovery protocol OR POST WORKOUT:
- Zone 1 (Breathing, Psoas, Glutes)
- Quad
- Lat
- Shoulder
- Lateral Sling
- Anti-Rotation (Along with a partner)
Suggested frequency of recovery method:
- Once daily
