Standing Forward Knee Flare
Key coaching points
1.Keep square to the wall and or a partner during the completion of this exercise.
2.Do not rotate your hips during the movement pattern.
3.The exercise starts by rotating your legs backwards and creating a circle with your knee that progresses upward then towards the frontal plane of the body.
4.When lifting your foot you should externally rotate the your leg so the foot opens up when in the upward swing phase of the motion.
