Coaching Points:

- This exercise incorporates the Angular Shank Loading Model – Posterior Chain Series 3.0
- Tilt foot inward / Lift pinky toe up: Instruct the athlete to tilt their foot inward and lift the pinky toe up.
- Push into the pad using the top and outside of foot: Instruct the athlete to push into the pad using the top and outside of the foot.
