Aerobic Niacin Flush Training 



Prior to beginning method complete:

  1. Perform your prescribed individualized Vestibular Activation Reset (VAR)


Follow these steps to complete the protocol:

  1. Start with Taking 20 minutes prior to working out. Start workout whenever you feel tingle if before 20 minutes
  2. Dosage for buildup 
    • Be sure to start with regular Niacin (not the non-flushing) take 250mg and build up to 5000 mg over time
  3. This method can be performed with both an aerobic workout out or sauna
    • Working out and sauna should last one hour
  4. To be completed with low intensity aerobic training
  5. First treatment could be 30 straight days or for the duration of 30 days as often as possible
  6. Protocol should be completed once every two weeks on aerobic days after completing the 30 days
