Aerobic Niacin Flush Training

Prior to beginning method complete:
Follow these steps to complete the protocol:
- Start with Taking 20 minutes prior to working out. Start workout whenever you feel tingle if before 20 minutes
- Dosage for buildup
- Be sure to start with regular Niacin (not the non-flushing) take 250mg and build up to 5000 mg over time
- This method can be performed with both an aerobic workout out or sauna
- Working out and sauna should last one hour
- To be completed with low intensity aerobic training
- Refer to Triphasic Training: Manual to Elite Aerobic Health; Implementation and Concepts of General Preparation Phases for workouts that can be immediately implemented with the aerobic niacin flush
- First treatment could be 30 straight days or for the duration of 30 days as often as possible
- Protocol should be completed once every two weeks on aerobic days after completing the 30 days
