Glute Ham lateral Shock Abs

-Coaching Points for Glute Ham Lateral Shock Abs

-Glut ham should be set up so the side of the athlete’s hip is on the pad

-Place both legs in the glute ham machine sideways

-The dumbbell goes in the hand of the arm that is closer to the ceiling than the ground

-Head stays in a neutral position

-Try to keep the body as flat as possible

-Big Chest/tight core

-Push the dumbbell down as fast as possible and pull it up as fast as possible repeatedly
