Glute Ham Prone Contralateral Shock Abs

-Coaching Points for Glute Ham Prone Contralateral Core Shock

-Glut ham should be set up so the athlete’s hip bones are on the pads

-Place one leg in the glute ham machine and the other in the air above

-The dumbbell goes in the opposite hand of what leg is in the glute ham

-Head stays in a neutral position

-Try to keep the body as flat as possible

-Big Chest/tight core

-Pull the dumbbell up as fast as possible and push it down as fast as possible
