-Coaching Points for Glute Ham Supine Contralateral Shock Abs

-Glut ham should be set up so the athlete’s butt is just off the glut ham

-Place one leg in the glute ham machine and the other in the air above

-The dumbbell goes in the opposite hand of what leg is in the glute ham

-Head stays in a neutral position

-Try to keep the body as flat as possible

-Big Chest/tight core

-Push the dumbbell up as fast as possible and pull it down as fast as possible
