Prior to beginning method complete:
Follow these steps to complete the protocol:
- Walking for 2 minutes anywhere hallway/Figure 8 watching TV
- Laying Wall Shakes with 20 deep belly breaths – 2 minutes
- Walking for 2 minutes anywhere hallway/Figure 8 watching TV
- Laying Wall Shakes with 20 deep belly breaths – 2 minutes
- Walking for 2 minutes anywhere hallway/Figure 8 watching TV
- Laying Wall Shakes with 20 deep belly breaths – 2 minutes
- Walking for 2 minutes anywhere hallway/Figure 8 watching TV
- Laying Wall Shakes with 20 deep belly breaths – 2 minutes
- Walking for 2 minutes anywhere hallway/Figure 8 watching TV
Suggested frequency of recovery method:
- Two to three times per week
